  • Small update, Weezguy being cheeky

Also, why do people always leave brolls at my place?  I counted something like 30 of them? I don't even know who's they are.

  • Halloween: OOOOHHH Scary Times!

Hello Everyone. Weezguy will be unveiling his legendary Halloween costume this week. But first, how is everyone doing?  Anyone have a job?  Down on their luck?  I gave everyone fair warning November 2007 it was about to collapse. Click here for that entry:  http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=weezguy&nextdate=11%2f22%2f2007+23%3a59%3a59.999

Sept 2008 (very scary last year when banks were going bankrupt everyday) I gave an update: http://weezguy.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=weezguy&nextdate=9%2f25%2f2008+23%3a59%3a59.999

But for those of you who didn't listen to Weezguy and succumbed to laziness and are now scrambling to survive, people want to know What's Next? Will it get worse? Will it get better? What should I do?  Have no Fear. SUPER WEEZGUY is here!

Ok, here's the chart of the S and P 500 chart of the stock market in November 2007. Everything peachy right?

snp Was I right? November 2007 indicators showed market was showing signs of a major shift (see my Nov 22, 2007 entry)

SPX Sept 2008 I updated, pain in full swing. Told ya so, nah nah nah nah.

Ok. so here we go  October 2009 (present day)

    sp500

This is the same chart as above, just updated. After September 2008, the market continued falling w/ lots of fear until it hit its low in March 2009 at point B around 660s. From March (point B) to now in October (point C) the market has pretty much bounced straight up by following the Blue line from B to C.  However, look at the Red line from point A to C.  The main trend from the market's top at A has been steadily going down and is now also at point C.  So if you connect the red line from A to C and also the blue line from B to C, you can see they converge to form the tip of the Triangle at C.  Also, if you take the absolute top at point A to the absolute bottom at point B, and take the 1/2 way point, you get the purple 50% line which ALSO coincidentally is at point C.

So what does this mean? Stop w/ the mumbo jumbo right? Can I get a job or not? Should I spend money on jewelry to get that girl?  Ok my little cherubs listen and learn from Uncle Weezy. Each bar on the chart above is a monthly chart meaning it takes a month to show up. We are at a very Critical point in the market. If the market can break the descending Red line, we will go up more. However, if the red line pushes the market down and we break the blue line, this market will head down again. So we have 3 things on this chart to worry about. 1. The big red downtrend line. 2. 50% retracement level.  3. Break of the Blue uptrend line.

What to do? Well you KNOW how it always works right?  If you sell your portfolio, watch the market continue going up and you feel dumber than 15 year old left behind in a 3rd grade class.  If you DON'T sell? Then of course it comes crashing down and you feel either A) Male - being kicked in the balls like a pinata or B) Female - giving childbirth w/ no pain killers  (pick your poison).  One way is to stalk the market like you did to your Ex. Watch its every move and see which way it goes before you make your decision.  If you're more sophisticated and want to do well no matter which way it goes, you can try some hedging strategies, or use some insurance and derivatives (this is probably what I will plan to do).

Look at everyone around you! Are people still getting laid off? One piece of good news is that unemployment is a lagging indicator, meaning the economy has already started to turn around, and new job availability has not come yet and on its way. Bad news? It's not here yet.  Remember, when I told you to start kissing ass at your job?  Well I guess that didn't work since your boss probably got fired too. I heard prostitution is never out of style. Anybody worried about end of the world in 2012?  Sadly the chart show this may be a possibility.

I don't like to buy stocks especially in this economy, too dangerous. If you have a longer term horizon (like years)commodities may be the safer play. Gold, Silver, Oil etc. etc.

manhattan70s Remember this pic I posted as a prediction last year?  Starting to look more true everyday huh?  If you ever want to see a picture of me? I'm the one on the floor w/ the beige trousers.

As always, don't listen to your parents, listen to Weezguy.  NEXT: Weezguy's Halloween unveiling.

  • Weezguy 2009

Can u believe the year is already 1/2 over?  Weezguy 2009 is fat lazy or WeezFat.

If anybody remembers my 2006 summer entry, you have seen my Burnt Knees that you get while driving. This is what happens when you drive thru Death Valley (the hottest place on earth).

It looks like some hookers gave me an Arm Dance w/ no panties and the hostile juices started to eat away at my arm and the skin is praying for some relief.

burnt arm Moral of story?  ALWAYS use protection.

  • Where's Weezguy?

    wheres_waldo

Boy have I been lazy...... OR, the other way around.

I haven't blogged or written an article for a long time.  Do you know how when you first go out w/ a new bf/gf you do a lot in the beginning to impress them, and slowly u settle into a routine?  umm, yea me neither, don't know what you're talking about.

Actually I have gotten spurts working 20 hour days and been MIA.  A lot of people have dreams, and desires, but only a small % of those people actually do anything to try to get there.  Well, I've been working a lot to try some new lifestyle altering projects.  It's a sacrifice, have your cake and eat it too?  I never knew who came up w/ that, but I rather own the bakery instead of making the cake.

Yes, one day I shall write another entry on sex/relationships/money/dreams/ etc. but that means I have to get out of bed for once.

    Moral of story? find weezguy

  • Infomercials: Flavourwave and the Rotato Express

I rarely succumb to informercials, but I know something good when I see one.  Thanks to Mr. T's endorsement (I pity the fool), mrt I purchased a FlavourWave Oven (you know the thing that cooks frozen chicken/steak/salmon/pork etc. etc. to eating condition in 20 minutes.  Thanks to this I bought like 30 lbs of chicken/steak/salmon/pork etc. and stuck it in my freezer.  Now instead of going out to eat, I just pull this out, stick it in the oven and eat.  Who wants to come over for dinner?

Here's the Video.  I gotta love the Rotato Express potato peeler towards the end. :)

  • Pinkberry and Red Mango win the costume contest.

Yea I know I know, I've been lazy and slow to post. It's kind of like that when you get old and have Altheimerz ( i think ill name my dog that). In either case, We Won we Won the Halloween contest. What does this mean? Absolutely nothing! But it was fun while it lasted. Again we were put on some international magazines and television while I was walking on the streets, the park, the subway, the loo, and in every chubby girl's dessert fantasy.

For some reason I can't embed this video, but here's our winning the contest VIDEO:

Weezguy will unveil his 2008 costume here on Xanga soon. Come back you hear?

Here's my previous costumes to give you guys a precursor as to what is to come.

This costume required more physical work since the costume had to "perform" as well as be seen. I had to shake my pregnant abdomen for the world to see (tiring after 30 seconds). Plus I had fake boobs and flashed people w/ my coconut bra. While walking home after a party at 4am in Times Sq, I passed by a group of those black power groups. Needless to say, they were yelling about anger of the repressed African people. As I got closer, they ALL stopped talking and started staring at me w/ ANGRY eyes. I was really scared they were gonna jump me. But when I got really close, they ALL started cracking up. Who else can turn 25 black people from anger to laughter in a span of 15 seconds?  At the annual parade on 6th avenue, Camera crews filmed us, and I got stopped by 10 policemen (and woman) so they can take a picture w/ me. 2 links:  This link is the movie of the Halloween parade.

2003: Wonder Woman on Drugs:  Click this link for that entry

I won the Supper Club contest that year. When a guy wears a bikini bottom made for a girl, he has NOWHERE to hide. I drank myself silly that night so nothing would get me excited haha.  Let's just say, I have NEVER heard the N train so quiet that night.  I know people were staring at me from the corner of their eyes.  I have a movie clip of it here: Wonder Woman (on drugs) plays Dance Dance Revolution. Click HERE.  Be Patient as it loads.

2002:  Big Titty Cheerleader.  Let's just say the PomPoms weren't the only attention grabber that year.  I made it to Webster Hall's Website that year. Where else can you dance HipHop and Trance, and have people cheer you on (and some drunk people sticking heads under my skirt)

2001:  Skank Ho.  OMG this GUY was so drunk, look where he put his hands. I was soooooooo violated. I felt like a girl who thought the gynecologist was gay but wasn't.

  • Weezguy's Prediction of the Economy came true    Very Important! .... and why it's not over yet. Why everyone should read this cuz it affects everyone

About 1 year ago (when everything seemed peachy), I wrote an entry about the upcoming collapse in the American economy, and of course everyone ignored it (chart below). Well 1 year later, "nah nah nah nah I told you so, I told you so".  Click here for last year's entry:  http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=weezguy&nextdate=11%2f22%2f2007+23%3a59%3a59.999

snp Was I right? November 2007 indicators showed market was showing signs of a major shift (see my Nov 22, 2007 entry)

SPX Again, this is a chart of the Stock Market's S&P500 index (today). At point 1 (November 2007), was where the first chart left off that showed a possible collapse of the market.  I said, if the blue squiggly line crosses the red line at point 4 (towards the bottom) something bad commeth. Once the price closed below the GREEN line, it was confirmed that we were entering a recession. Well guess what happened? Look all those people who were slower than deer in headlights? They got slaughtered. The blue squiggly line is STILL below the red line, and the stock index is STILL below the Green line. Last week, the stock market bounced almost PERFECTLY near the 38% support level at point 2. Nothing goes straight up or down, so it's possible the market can bounce for several weeks up before it heads down more to point 3? Would you consider buying stocks longer term? Not unless I see it break the green line or at least that blue diagonal line.

unemployment So what does this mean? We are no where NEAR an economic recovery. That's right folks, are you still kissing your boss' behind? Well you better kiss so hard, you can eat his corn, cuz we are nowhere near an economic recovery. House mortgages (the cause of this mess) is still on the way down. Do you think it's hard to get a job NOW?  Unemployment is still historically very low at 6%.  The chart shows that in the early 1980s, unemployement was DOUBLE what it is now, and in the Great Depression it hit 25%. If this collapse continues, it will be a lot worse.

housing Causes of this? Instead of taking responsibility, people sure love to BLAME others. They'll blame, Oil, China, Bush, regulation, gas guzzling SUVs, fat lazy Americans etc etc. But the major cause (in my opinion) is the housing bubble, and the stupid buyers and banks who thought they can afford it. Back in 2005 I was telling people, Buy Low, Sell High. Well 2005 prices were high and you should be SELLING your investment properties, but everyone was saying "I want to buy, I want to buy".  Get this, if housing prices fall another 33%? you'll only be back to 1997 levels, so theoretically it can still get worse.

Well to summarize, when the economy slowed, people couldn't afford their mortgages, and the more mortgages failed, the more homes had to be sold, which caused a chain reaction. All banks, and credit insurers (hello AIG) started losing tons of money, and today these banks are afraid to give any loans. Which means if you want to buy a car? Sorry Charlie. Buy a home? Sorry Charlene. Chain reaction means, Chevrolet, Ford, can't sell any cars. Can't sell any cars? Well the company lays off thousands of people. Laid off people can't pay their mortages, or buy stuff at Macy's, Tiffany's, Banana Repbulic, Joe's Crab Shack etc. Guess that means Macy's, Tiffany's etc. etc. will lay off people too.  Pretty soon, they won't be able to pay off their credit cards etc. etc.  So what will people have to do? They'll start having to SAVE money like crazy. Today's average American spends everything they make; as shown:

    personal_savings_rate_2

Today's average American has NO savings (dangerous when people will be laid off soon).

manhattan70s The last big recession in America was in the 1970s.  So many people never experienced a recession, so they have NO idea what to expect. Back then people saved money and didn't waste it. Today Manhattan condo prices are sky high, but in the 1970s nobody wanted to live there.  Pan handlers were all over the street, people were getting mugged in the subways, and business were closing down.  Drug dealers were everywhere. Did you guys know that NYC (the city itself) almost went bankrupt in the 70s? And of course back then, you can buy property really cheap (cuz nobody wanted to live there).

Government, is trying desperately to save the economy using OUR tax dollars. Of course nobody wants to use our tax dollars, but if Congress does NOT bailout the banking system, it will be a LOT worse.

Moral of Story?  Don't listen to "experts", Don't listen to Mommy and Daddy, Don't listen to the Government.  Listen to WEEZGUY!!. I was right about the Internet Bubble in 2000, I was right about the Housing Collapse in 2005, but pray to god that I'm not right about this recession.  I HOPE I'm wrong. We'll see, we will find out in 5 years.
